Reservation instructions
- Contact us and we will check, whether specific villa is vacant during desired period.
- We will send confirmation of reservation by mail along with bill intented for paying booking fee.
- Villa is reserved after payment of booking fee.
Terms of contract (short version):
- Reservation is valid after payment of booking fee (booking fee is 25% of total price)
- Rest of the total price (75 %) should be paid 1 month before arrival date
- If the reservation is made less than 1 month before arrival date, full payment for a villa is demanded in advance
- If the reservation is canceled at the latest 1 month before arrival date, the booking fee will be repaid
